Marketing Associate

Are you a creative marketer with strong graphic design and social media skills?

ACCU Staffing is hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing in-house marketing team! As we expand our marketing efforts, we're looking for a creative, self-motivated individual ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of our brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants ownership and variety in their work — you'll partner directly with our marketing lead across paid advertising, social media, web, print, and recruitment marketing. If you love wearing multiple hats and seeing your ideas come to life, this role is for you!

A typical day might include:

• Designing digital and print materials
• Updating our website
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Getting in front of the camera to film engaging video
• Building online ad campaigns
• Posting job listings on Indeed and LinkedIn

What we're looking for:

• Strong graphic design skills across both digital and print — flyers, signs, business cards, brochures, and other marketing collateral
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for video content
• Strong social media marketing skills across major platforms
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• A creative, detail-oriented mindset with the drive to take initiative and learn

Bonus points (a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person!):

• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Ad copywriting / ad writing experience
• Experience creating and managing job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn
• WordPress website design and management

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
• +3 years of marketing experiences
