Position Summary

Every boat that carries the Invincible or Yellowfin name starts as an idea and ends as a finely tuned machine built to handle the toughest offshore conditions. This role integrates you into that process - supporting design, prototyping, and testing alongside engineers who regard boatbuilding as a valued craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of new boat models
• Create CAD models and prototypes
• Conduct research on trends and technologies
• Participate in design reviews
• Support testing and evaluation of prototypes
• Assist with material and component selection
• Help ensure manufacturability with production teams
• Create and support technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years experience preferred.
• CAD proficiency required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
