Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part studies
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures, explaining each process with empathy and transparency
• Work in close collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-standard diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, quickly addressing any operational issues
• Document procedures meticulously and maintain patient records in our electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
