Integrity Finishing is a professional painting contractor serving residential home builders throughout the Puget Sound region. We specialize in new construction and have built our reputation on  quality workmanship, clear communication, and dependable performance.

We're looking for an experienced  Lead Painter who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and wants year-round employment with a company that values professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, caulking, filling, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint using airless spray equipment, brushes, and rollers with consistent, high-quality results.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain company tools and spray equipment.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional from start to finish each day.
• Lead and train painters while promoting quality workmanship and efficient production.
• Assist teammates by refilling spray pumps, moving ladders safely, and supporting production as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Communicate daily with project managers regarding progress, scheduling, jobsite issues, and material needs.
• Build positive working relationships with builders, superintendents, and other trades.
• Follow company systems and procedures while continually looking for safe and efficient ways to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience (residential new construction preferred)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) Must-Have
• Experience operating airless spray equipment
• Ability to lead a small crew and train new painters
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Smartphone with a data plan

Pay: $30 - $32 per hour (Based on experience)
