We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences.

This is an opportunity for a chef who enjoys building strong teams, developing creative seasonal menus, and maintaining high culinary standards while balancing quality, consistency, and profitability. What You'll Do

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Create seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
• Build relationships with local vendors and suppliers to maintain product quality.
• Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and labor budgets.
• Partner closely with front of house leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead banquet and private event execution while maintaining day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and kitchen organization.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and retain culinary talent.
• Experience managing large banquet and special event operations.
• Strong knowledge of food cost control, labor management, and kitchen financial performance.
• Passion for seasonal cuisine, scratch cooking, and continuous menu innovation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
