Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

The role involves providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and practices. Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments to facilitate recovery and enhance patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
