Apartment Maintenance Technician | $20-$25/Hour

We're hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician position in the Cookeville area . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping keep apartment communities safe and well-maintained. If you have strong maintenance skills and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

• Perform maintenance and repairs throughout apartment communities
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Days/hours: Full-time, Day Shift
