Customer Success Advocate

Elevate the customer experience, drive operational excellence, and make a measurable impact. Are you energized by building relationships, solving complex challenges, and making customers genuinely excited about the tools they use every day? As a Customer Success Advocate at Esker, you’ll be the trusted partner for 20+ customers—guiding them long after implementation and helping them get the absolute most out of their Esker solutions. You’ll dive deep into how each customer uses our platform, spot opportunities to boost efficiency, and champion improvements that make their work—and ours—better. You’ll also take on our most technically sophisticated accounts, becoming a go‑to expert and resource for colleagues and customers alike. Key Tasks/Duties: Manage and deepen relationships with 20+ assigned accounts; use experience and judgement to take care of customers and strengthen relationships. Provide a customer experience that maximizes customer utilization of Esker solutions and satisfaction with Esker services. Work with internal support and Professional Services teams to address customer needs; troubleshoot issues that arise in the course of configuring solutions. Reach out and collect feedback from assigned accounts; share feedback with relevant teams to improve the customer experience and influence future product releases. Measure customer utilization of installed solutions using established procedures. Learn how assigned accounts use Esker solutions; help customers maximize process efficiency; suggest how customer can best use solutions. Maintain knowledge of current Esker solutions to suggest how customers can use upgrades and improvements. Recommend and support implementation of processes that improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Perform configuration changes and build reports. Essential Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree 2+ years in customer service, customer training, or account management Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and is comfortable with tasks such as basic system configurations and setup setup Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for delivering complex information in an understandable way Creative and resourceful problem solver who takes initiative Familiarity with Salesforce or other ERP/CRM platforms is a bonus Working proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus Ability to travel up to 5% of working hours Salary Range : $53,400 - $77,700+ Incentive This role may be filled at either the Associate or Professional level. The posted compensation range reflects both levels. Final leveling and compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Thisposting will close on Tuesday, September 8th at 12 CT. The position is based in our Middleton, WI office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with four days per week of in-person collaboration.
