Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for maintaining office organization, managing administrative systems, supporting staff documentation, and ensuring accurate data management. In addition, this position is responsible for handling daily operational errands to support the needs of management and the restaurant.

You thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment, are proactive in keeping tasks on track, and take pride in maintaining efficiency and accuracy across multiple responsibilities. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsiblities

• Supply ordering and inventory management
• Data entry and record maintenance
• Office organization and administrative system upkeep
• Meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up documentation
• POS and website updates
• Staff paperwork management and filing
• Handle daily errands to support operational and administrative needs
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer programs and POS systems
• Reliable transportation to complete daily errands
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
