Sales Representative - Jackson, MS - Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative based in Jackson, Mississippi to drive medical device sales across an assigned territory. The role involves building clinical relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and managing complex sales cycles to meet revenue targets in a field-based, commission-based position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and trials in clinical settings
- Lead product launches, conversions, implementations, and staff training
- Analyze territory performance and communicate sales metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales and territory management experience
- 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of quota attainment and revenue growth
- Experience selling to hospitals, physicians, or healthcare systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30% within territory
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally
Compensation: 100% commission with bonus eligibility and benefits
