Responsibilities: Provides technical and regulatory oversight for the Point of Care (POC) testing program across BayCare's ambulatory settings Ensures high-quality patient testing through compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP...), staff training and competency, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Collaborates with laboratory leadership, ambulatory leadership, providers, nursing, vendors and other interdisciplinary teams to support safe, accurate, and efficient POC testing services. Assists with special projects and other duties assigned by the Scientific Director in support of organizational priorities.
