Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Dermatology Clinic - Greenville , formerly Southeast Veterinary Dermatology & Ear Clinic, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records
• Pharmacy and retail sales
• Marketing implementation
• Maintenance/ housekeeping
• Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
