Patient Experience, Product Manager

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Patient Experience, Product Manager" for a top leading Biotech organization. Key Responsibilities Own web platform requirements for patient-facing digital experiences Define and manage integrations between web platforms and patient service vendors Shape patient journeys including enrollment, copay assistance, affordability tools, treatment support, and educational content Partner with Marketing, IT, Compliance, CX, Data, and external vendors to drive alignment Define API and data integration requirements between vendor platforms and web components Support governance, consent management, authentication, analytics, and enterprise design system adoption Facilitate decision-making across multiple stakeholders and evolving business requirements Required Qualifications 8–10+ years of Digital Product Management experience, including 3+ years in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or digital health Experience designing patient-facing digital products or healthcare experiences Strong understanding of patient access programs, including enrollment, copay assistance, financial assistance, and prior authorization workflows Experience defining API integrations, data contracts, and platform requirements Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, compliance, and vendor teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or enterprise CMS platforms Knowledge of HIPAA, patient identity, SSO, and consent management Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM, or patient engagement platforms Background supporting enterprise-scale or multi-brand digital programs Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture Pharma/biotech experience with MLR/CMLR review processes Additional Information Pay range: $100–$120/hour Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 6 months Must be authorized to work in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr Russell Tobin
