Ideal for Nearby Candidates Dover Jewelry (Brickell Miami) is currently seeking a customer-friendly E-Commerce Office Assistant to work with our very busy online team in the maintenance of our Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and to assist with a variety of tasks around the office. This candidate must have excellent writing skills in English, be extremely responsible, responsive, deadline-, and project-oriented. Jewelry Experience is not a requirement, but online sales experience is helpful. Hours Monday to Friday (10:30am - 5:30pm) Job Requirements Self-motivated, organized, ability to multitask and work within time constraints Administrative / Data Entry Skills Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook Accurate input of product specifications and info Accuracy and attention to detail with item descriptions and managing online product entries Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal) a Must Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Dover Jewelry & Antiques Inc
