Clinical Research Manager Psychology

The Center for Parents and Children (CPC) within the Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Clinical Manager. The CPC aims to bridge the gap between science and practice in the service of promoting positive outcomes for children and families, with a special emphasis on early childhood. The center provides family-based interventions to parents of young children from predominantly low-income backgrounds in the Pittsburgh community. Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Clinical Manager will oversee daily operational functions across the center and work in collaboration with the Principal Investigator. The manager provides supervisory responsibility for a team of staff, including hiring, work assignment and review, performance management, and HR administration. A valid driver's license is required with access to personal vehicle. Child protection clearances are required prior to the start of employment; offers of employment and start dates are contingent upon their receipt. HIPAA training will be provided upon hire. Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or marriage and family counseling plus 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Minimum of 1 year supervising clinicians. Masters degree in Applied Developmental Psychology or Clinical Psychology preferred. Clinical experience in delivering interventions to families preferred.
