Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within the assigned specialty.
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, procedures, and documentation according to facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units within competency and scope of practice as needed.
• Participate in the required weekday and weekend on-call rotation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the applicable specialty
• Active state license (if required)
• Current specialty-specific certifications required for the position
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient care needs
