Job Summary: Farmington, CT Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Nights
A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room (ER) will provide patient care during 12-hour night shifts, including working every other weekend (Friday/Saturday) and participating in call and holiday rotation. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts), working every other weekend (Friday/Saturday), with call and holiday rotation; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior travel experience in the Emergency Room (ER)
  • License required; candidates must bring their license on the first day
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with floating to the Psych Hold area
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Could float to the Psych Hold area
  • Mandatory overtime may be required during the assignment to ensure unit coverage
