St. Vincent's Medical Center is actively hiring Radiologic Technologists across all hours and shifts to join their dynamic team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Our Radiologic Technologists have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment while gaining experience with a wide variety of diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopic procedures. You'll work alongside a team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, education, and patient-centered care. Whether you're a new graduate completing your Radiography program or an experienced Radiologic Technologist, we want to speak with you! Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in various locations including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Our Radiologic Technologists may perform fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- State of Connecticut Radiographer license
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Regular Standard Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours) Shift Details: Hiring into the following hours: 40hr 1st & 2nd 32hr 1st & 2nd 24hr 2nd rotating weekends & holidays
