In this role, you will build positive client relationships, assist customers with service inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries * Build and maintain positive client relationships * Provide accurate information regarding services and available solutions * Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Requisitos mínimos: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite * Customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits * $20–$28/hour based on experience * Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) * Paid training and onboarding * Career development and advancement opportunities * Supportive and team-oriented work environment
