divh2Clinical Pharmacist Louisville, KY/h2pWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in the field of IV nutrition and sterile compounding!/ppThe Clinical Pharmacist will be a licensed pharmacist and will:/pulliProvide consultation to optimize patient outcomes/liliMonitor sterile compounding, technician, and shipping schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness./liliMaintain quality assurance standards for sterile compounding, reporting relevant data/liliEnsure compliance with established procedures concerning controlled substances, hazardous waste disposal, and regulatory requirements./liliMonitor patient information, lab values, dosing for safety and efficacy/liliPerform additional duties as assigned./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities:/pulliSome oversight of technicians and other operational personnel./liliParticipate in operations meetings and ensure efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and professionalism./liliCarry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, state pharmacy board regulations, and employment laws./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliPharmD or equivalent, or 2 years of related experience/training./liliMinimum of three years of hospital pharmacy or clinical pharmacy residency experience./li/ulpCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations:/pulliCurrent Pharmacist License with the applicable State Board of Pharmacy./liliCompliance with all continuing education requirements./li/ulpBenefits:/pulli401(k) with matching/liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance/liliHealth savings and flexible spending accounts/liliLife insurance/liliPaid time off/li/ul/div
