Description Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with project goals. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and team members. Assist in identifying and resolving project challenges and risks proactively. Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
