RN ICU Resource Float Pool

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for our ICU Resource Float Pool. In this role, you will provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs, adapting quickly to varied clinical settings. Responsibilities include advanced assessment, ventilation and drip management, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and accurate EHR documentation. You will support quality improvement, mentor newer staff, and champion patient- and family-centered care.
