Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for asphalt paving, milling, reclamation, grading, aggregate base, and related roadway/site improvement activities
Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates covering labor, equipment, materials, trucking, subcontractors, and indirect project costs
Develop conceptual, budgetary, negotiated, and hard bid estimates
Analyze project risks, opportunities, exclusions, and constructability concerns throughout the estimating process
Evaluate production rates, crew requirements, equipment utilization, and material quantities to build accurate pricing
