Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, exfoliation services, and skin-renewal procedures
- Assess client skin needs and recommend appropriate services
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Support retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments
- Active Esthetician License (required)
- Experience in facial and skin-enhancing treatments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- $19/hour base rate + tips + retail commission
