The Position

We're hiring an experienced  Rotary Die Cut Operator to set up and operate our Rotary Die Cutter while helping lead the crew around it.

You'll be responsible for:

• Machine setup, operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance
• Training and developing operators and assistants
• Quality checks and job specification compliance
• Tracking production, downtime, and waste in Encore PDE
• Identifying ways to reduce waste and improve uptime

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Rotary Die Cutter experience in corrugated manufacturing
• Previous Lead Operator or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Excellent attendance and punctuality — this is a team effort, and you must be present to contribute, teach, and learn.
• A genuine desire to learn, improve, and help the team succeed

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

$30–$34/hr + Sign-On & Retention Bonuses

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 pm–1:00 am
