Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for the Emergency Department. The role involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment providing care for patients in the ER. Responsibilities include maintaining patient experience standards, using a variety of medical equipment, and working with Cerner documentation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Level 2 trauma center with a comprehensive stroke center
• Update patient boards with information and ensure patients are updated throughout their visit
• Work every other weekend and adapt to departmental scheduling needs
• Maintain flexibility to work in all areas of the ED

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center and at least 1 year in an ER setting
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC (within 90 days of hire)
• Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide feedback in real-time
