What You’ll Earn $35.00 - $45.00 per hour , depending on experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours) Company vehicle, iPad, phone, and uniforms Tool program Company-sponsored training and development Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekends and evenings as needed; on-call rotation required) What You’ll Do Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Deliver high-quality service and build strong customer relationships Work independently while being fully supported by a team that values your expertise Help keep our customers comfortable and satisfied year-round What You Need Level 3 skill set or higher Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record EPA Certification NATE Core Certification Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills Willingness to invest in your tools and continued training Ability to safely work from ladders and operate power/hand tools Nice-to-Haves HVAC Tech School certificate Own set of tools for the position If you're a dependable, customer-focused technician who wants competitive pay, great benefits, and a company that supports your success, AccuAir Heating & Cooling is the place for you.
