A community facility located north of Missoula, MT is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their Rehabilitation team! Details are listed below.

Pay range: $35.00 - $54.00 / hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  
• Day Shift Schedule: (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts
  
• Setting: Mostly Outpatient
  
• Great therapy leadership and administration team

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapist reviews the Physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
  
• Instructs, motivates, and assists patients to perform various physical activities and in the use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses
  
• Physical Therapist records treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart or enters information into the computer
  
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Must have an active MT PT License, or the ability to obtain
  
• Open to New Graduates
