Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels As an Assistant Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the bakery in the General Manager's absence. You will ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including supervision and training of staff, product preparation and delivery, customer relations, bakery maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. The ideal candidate must be available to work 30-40 hours per week, and overtime when needed. Must have reliable transportation. Previous food experience is a plus! The candidate will be expected to obtain a ServSafe license (all fees will be paid by company).
