Radiologist - Body Imaging The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale University School of Medicine invites applications for a board eligible/certified radiologist with expertise in body/abdominal imaging for a full‑time faculty appointment. Academic rank at Yale School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements. Sessions will be performed at Yale New Haven and at Bridgeport Hospitals, the latter being an affiliate of Yale‑New Haven Health, located in vibrant Fairfield County, Connecticut, just outside the New York metropolitan area. Qualifications Board eligible/certified Radiologists with Body, Abdominal, or Ultrasound fellowship training who have clinical proficiency in CT, MRI, ultrasound, plain radiography or GI/GU fluoroscopic studies are encouraged to apply. No scholarly output is expected for faculty on the Academic Clinician Track, although a willingness to collaborate with research projects taking place in the department is encouraged. Strong clinical leadership, teaching and service development successes may be used for promotion to Associate and Full Professor. Leadership roles and other opportunities for professional development are available depending on the applicant's interests, goals, and experience. A commitment to teaching residents and fellows is required. Radiologist - Cardiothoracic The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale University School of Medicine is seeking board‑eligible/certified radiologists with expertise in cardiothoracic imaging for a faculty appointment on the Academic Clinician or Clinician Educator Scholar track. Academic rank at Yale School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements. The Cardiac Section within the Cardiothoracic Division is comprised of both Radiologists and Cardiologists who jointly offer all aspects of cardiac CT and MRI Imaging. The educational mission of the Cardiothoracic Imaging Division extends across all levels of learners and for both radiology and cardiology trainees. Yale is looking for new faculty members with either academic or clinical focus to join our emergency radiology section. Location: While up to half the sessions may be focused on New Haven facilities, the remainder will be assigned to Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health. Bridgeport Hospital has an ACGME accredited, four‑year diagnostic radiology residency training program approved for 16 residents. Qualifications Board eligible/certified Radiologist with preferred fellowship training (Trauma/ER, Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal or Neuroradiology training preferred) for a full‑time faculty appointment.
