Commercial Insurance Account Manager / Office Assistant - Gonzales, LA - A621

Long term, full time position

$14-15.00/hr

Are you an experienced customer service rep in the insurance industry who can handle a fast paced office environment?

Duties to include:

Quoting and binding commercial accounts/policies
Remarketing renewal policies
Binding renewals policies
Process endorsements to policies
Follow up with clients/prospects to obtain necessary information and documents
Collaborate with Insurance underwriters and carriers on requests and follow up to ensure requests are handled timely
Email policies to the insuranced
Save policies and policy emails to software in place
Scan and save documents
Assist with office documents including Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Answer the phone on assigned days which includes screening calls, taking messages, and rerouting calls as needed
