This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Digital Product Management based in the United States.
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy across an enterprise environment.
You will lead the development and evolution of customer-facing and internal digital platforms that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term transformation.
The position combines strategic vision, product leadership, technology alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will partner with executive stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize investments, improve digital experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital product management, enterprise platforms, and agile delivery practices.

Accountabilities:
- Define and execute a multi-year digital product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives.
- Lead digital product portfolio strategy by prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer impact, risk, cost, and technical requirements.
- Establish product success metrics, value realization frameworks, and reporting processes to measure the impact of digital investments.
- Oversee planning, intake, prioritization, and delivery of digital product initiatives across websites, portals, and enterprise platforms.
- Translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, epics, and actionable delivery plans.
- Guide agile product delivery processes, ensuring predictable releases, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure digital products integrate effectively with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, data platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and release management teams to maintain secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
- Develop governance standards for product lifecycle management, platform optimization, and change management.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on digital investments, priorities, opportunities, and risks.
- Align business, technology, marketing, operations, sales, and customer experience teams around shared digital goals.
- Build and lead high-performing product teams, including product managers, business analysts, and design professionals.
- Manage external vendors, partners, and additional delivery resources to support product execution.
- Foster a product-focused culture centered on accountability, innovation, customer value, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms and customer-facing products.
- Strong expertise in digital product strategy, roadmap development, portfolio management, and product governance.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product-based delivery models.
- Deep understanding of enterprise system integration, platform architecture, governance practices, and vendor management.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, and security-focused environments.
- Strong business, financial, and budget management capabilities with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable outcomes.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, customer-focused leader with strong execution capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across executive leadership, technical teams, business units, and external partners.
- Experience in security, safety, monitoring, facilities, or other field-based service industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, build trust, and drive organizational change.
