Comfort Keepers Caregiver Position

Comfort Keepers of Marietta is looking for positive, uplifting and dependable Caregivers in the Cobb County, GA area. • Paid orientation after first shift
• $15-$17/hr to start for client care
• .67/mile reimbursement when driving a client in your car
• $7.25/hr travel time between shifts if running consecutively

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will be primarily responsible for providing personal care and companionship up to and including:

• Provide social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks and reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping
• Assistance with personal hygiene and personal care
• Overnight safety assistance

Caregiver Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but experienced PCA's and HHAs are welcomed
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and your own reliable transportation
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
• Proficient in smart phone usage, we use Viv app for all client information
• Current TB test
• Current CPR
• Successful completion of state required background check/fingerprinting
• Must live in Cobb County GA
