As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying appropriate candidates for consideration within the organization. Responsibilities Identify potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling, and internet-based sourcing. The majority of this will focus on technology-based searches. Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements. Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes. Adheres to assigned performance metrics. Identify the organization's long-term talent needs, analyzing industry trends, and creating comprehensive strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates. Keep abreast of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Possesses excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Possesses strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Are results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives. Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Has strong knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, as well as employment laws. Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn the education industry. Demonstrate adaptability, drive, grit, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Job Requirements BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in an equivalent business-related degree. Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record. Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at the entry level to executive level. Three to five years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus. Experience working ADP- Recruiting management or similar ATS, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Social Media recruiting is highly desirable. May perform other duties assigned.
