POSITION : Customer Service
WORKSITE : Kentucky River Community Care/Perry County Outpatient
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Regular Full-Time
DEGREE/REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma/GED
SPECIAL SKILLS : Knowledge of multiple computer systems and operating a multi-line phone system.
JOB DUTIES :
- Multitasking while answering a multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling appointments in an electronic medical record with several providers.
SHIFT/DAYS & WORK HOURS : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
