Job Description

Position Title: Production

Wage: $19.49-$20.49 per hour


Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Join the production team in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, offering a great opportunity to develop industrial skills and contribute to essential food production processes. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.


Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform sanitation tasks, working with strong chemicals following safety protocols.
- Inspect and clean equipment undersides to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance.
- Fill, flip, lift, and palletize forms as part of the production line.
- Transport materials by cart and push filled carts onto lifts, including elevating to 3 ft and moving to the packaging area.
- Distribute curd into vats using shoveling techniques, sometimes manually.
- Load, bag, scale, label, and box products, occasionally using a retractable knife.
- Cut products with small paring knives as required.
- Assist with other production activities as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Production Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Entire workday involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and squatting.
- Experience in food production or sanitation is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capable of reading, understanding, and following written procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively within the plant environment.
