Warehouse Production Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the Liquids Packaging Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Bethany, CT

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: First Shift (7:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Assist in the packaging of liquids according to production specifications
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to work on the first shift from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• minimum experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness 
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
