Title: Project Manager - M365/Entra ID

Assignment Term: 3 months+

Location: Remote

Job Summary

Must-haves:

Has led M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations covering Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Voice
Entra ID / IAM migration experience, including moving the IdP and SSO-enabled apps to a new domain and sequencing the cutover
M&A integration experience consolidating multiple tenants
Delivery/governance PM with experience directing an existing technical implementation team
Waterfall methodology

Ideal candidate profile:

A deep technical implementation team is already in place, so the client wants a delivery/governance PM who also has hands-on implementation experience.

Scope:

Consolidate three tenants into the new Forge tenant on the forgelive domain: the two legacy tenants (Emerald and QuestX) plus the Forge tenant itself. About 1,600 users total.
Both legacy tenants are commercial (no GCC or GCC High).
Email masking currently runs temporarily through the Forge tenant.
Workloads include Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Voice.
Align all Microsoft licensing on the Forge tenant.
The PM also oversees:
- Migrating QuestX from its current IAM to Entra ID and converting legacy SSO to the new domain
- Uplifting QuestX licensing from la carte to E5
- Automating onboarding and offboarding
