Seasonal Food & Beverage Associate
$16.6 per hourMidtown Athletic Club
Position Seasonal Food & Beverage Associate (May 1 – Sep 30). Work 28‑40 hrs/week (3‑5 shifts). Must be available on weekends and holidays. Roles include Counter Associate (Coffee & Smoothie Counter, Pool Grill), Busser, Food Runner, Host. Responsibilities Serve and deliver members' meals and smoothies with pride. Take and deliver orders from the outdoor grill and counters. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace. Collect accurate and efficient orders from customers. Handle money and payment information with integrity and proficiency. Build lasting relationships with members and staff through social interactions and conversation. Qualifications Must pass a background check screening. Provide excellent professional references. Passion for helping others. Display kindness and bring optimism to work each day. Willingness to listen to constructive feedback and apply it. Bonus: Prior food & beverage industry experience. Bonus: Teamwork and collaboration as part of your DNA. Bonus: Current ServSafe certification. Bonus: Desire to deliver exceptionally consistent and meticulously prepared food & beverages. Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $16.60/hr plus tips, based on experience and qualifications. Full‑time associates (30+ hrs/week) are eligible for health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, sick time, and maternity/paternity leave.
