This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians
• Call structure: None
• Practice setting: Inpatient covering nights and days
• Access to Level I Trauma Center resources, comprehensive on-site diagnostic imaging, and an integrated statewide referral network.
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Enhance patient outcomes: Counsel and educate patients and their families concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources
• Drive clinical excellence: In collaboration with a physician, provide for the expansion of individualized healthcare services by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
