Job Description

If you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then Summit Health is the place to be! We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Urgent Care Department .  

Requirements include:

• Current NY/CT State PA License 
• Certification   
• 2+ years of related experience preferred 
• Solid decision-making, analytical, time-management, and communication skills 

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying chief complaints/issues 
• Obtaining detailed and accurate patient histories 
• Performing physical exams 
• Performing procedures including suturing, splinting and abscess draining 
• Interpreting diagnostic and other test results 
• Communicating and educating patients

Compensation Range: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
