Pay You Can Count On

• Weekly pay range of $1,600 – $2,000
• Top earners exceed $125,000/year
• Activity-based pay, with mileage starting at $0.635/mile
• Additional pay for stops, delays, layovers, backhauls, meals, etc.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers — from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53’ trailers
• Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3–4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers
• Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively
• Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries
• Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained
• Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable
• Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side)

Schedule & Travel

• Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday (5–7 days OTR)
• 34+ hour reset at home every weekend
• Holiday work required, with departures/returns adjusted around holidays
• Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, and Midwest (as far as Chicago)

What We’re Looking For

• CDL Class A license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
• Current medical card
• Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years)
• Strong time management skills and commitment to safety
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
