Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, ensuring that their mental health concerns are fully understood. Utilize various tools and methodologies to develop comprehensive and effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on fostering personal growth and emotional well-being. \n

- Offer teletherapy services for clients preferring virtual sessions or those encountering barriers to in-person attendance, ensuring quality care remains accessible to all. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards while promoting a culture of professionalism. \n
- Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training, to stay current with industry best practices and therapeutic innovations. \n
