Member Service Representative - Part-Time (Regular or Seasonal)

Saco Valley CU is hiring a Member Service Representative for part-time work (regular or seasonal) in Saco. Description: Saco Valley CU , a 2025 Best Place to Work in Maine, is looking for a part-time Member Service Representative to provide welcoming, professional, and reliable service to our members. This position may be structured as either a regular part-time role or a seasonal part-time role, depending on business needs and candidate availability. This role will primarily support our two Saco branches with day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll help members with banking needs including transactions, account services, and digital banking support while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. What You’ll Do: Assist members with transactions and account questions Open accounts and help members with additional services Support online and mobile banking needs Resolve member issues with professionalism and care Work collaboratively with branch team members 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays for regular part-time employees only Opportunities for growth and development What You Bring: High school diploma or GED (required) Six months to two years of similar or related experience (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfort using computers and learning new systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Physical & Work Environment: This position operates in an office environment and requires: Prolonged periods of working at a computer and remaining in a stationary position.
