Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Minden Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient care through rehabilitation services that help individuals regain functional independence. You'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to carry out established plans of care and support safe progress toward mobility and comfort goals. Key responsibilities include:

Deliver therapeutic exercise and therapeutic modalities as outlined in the plan of care
Support pain management and functional training, including assistive devices and wheelchair mobility
Complete accurate treatment documentation in the EMR/EHR
Follow infection control, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocols

Required qualifications/skills:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program; passed licensure exam
Current, valid Louisiana PTA license; BLS Certification required
Basic computer skills; therapy services knowledge
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to company locations
Must pass required drug screen, physical, and background screening
