Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA’s are also preferred. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and storytelling. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making. Job and Responsibilities Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads). Develop and implement event strategies and plans that align with client objectives and company goals. Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and logistics coordination. Create detailed event timelines and manage deadlines to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan. Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process. Search for upcoming events and work accordingly. Negotiate with clients.
