Regional Clinical Sales Specialist, Spine (Central Illinois) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support spine surgical cases across Central Illinois. The role involves providing clinical and technical expertise in operating rooms, managing customer relationships, and coordinating equipment and logistics for DePuy Synthes spine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
• Serve as primary company representative, ensuring equipment availability and proper functioning
• Manage customer billing, purchase orders, and logistical coordination between hospitals and sales teams
• Share clinical insights and marketplace feedback to support sales growth and service improvements
• Maintain, track, and deploy spine equipment and assets across assigned territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with medical certification plus 2+ years experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to relocate to assigned region
• Ability to travel frequently within U.S., including overnight and weekend trips
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Functional knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgery
• Ability to work independently in complex operating room environments
• Experience with data analysis and technical product knowledge preferred
