We have been exclusively retained by a premier boutique matrimonial firm in NYC that seeks to hire an experienced matrimonial attorney for a role focused on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. The firm handles complex, high-stakes disputes on behalf of a sophisticated clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Complex financial litigation including asset valuation and accounting issues
\n
• Custody litigation from discovery through trial
\n
• Document discovery, legal research, and motion drafting
\n
• Preparation for testimony at depositions and trials
\n
• Analysis of expert reports and financial issues
\n
• Preparation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
\n

What the Firm Seeks:

\n

\n
• At least 8 years of matrimonial experience
\n
• Substantial matrimonial litigation experience
\n
• A solid work ethic
\n

\n

\n

What the Firm Offers:

\n

\n
• Base salary of about $225,000-$250,000 or more, depending on relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus
\n
• Annual billable hours target of 1800
\n
• 4 days in office per week expected
\n
