Social Worker – Georgia Hospice Care Join a team committed to helping patients and families in their time of need. Georgia Hospice Care seeks qualified hospice medical social workers to provide psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement services, and community education outreach. Working in accordance with the plan of care, you will offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families when it is needed most.
