- A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
- At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field - we're looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it.
- Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Medicine & Health, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature, Writing & Publishing
- Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process. Field specific lecturing experience a plus!
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development
- Each cohort runs over 6 weeks , with 1 x 1-hour session per week - so 6 hours of delivery per cohort
- Each cohort has 2 timezone options , meaning you'd deliver the same content twice per cohort - so 12 hours per cohort
- There are 3 cohorts per year , bringing the total annual commitment to 36 hours
- Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
